• Secure land and clear the site.
• Construct classrooms, dormitories, and worship hall.
• Establish water and sanitation facilities.
Phase 2: School & Church Development (2026-2027)
• Recruit teachers and staff.
• Develop a comprehensive curriculum.
• Begin enrollment for Pre-K and 1st grade.
